If it is the weekend, and we feel like we should be working, but we don’t do any working, but we think about working quite a bit, does that count as working?
I think all that procrastination and thinking about working while we are trying to enjoy reading a book, taking a bike ride, or eating out with friends actually feels like working.
Trying to keep our minds off of a particular thought is actually very taxing. It is work for the brain to procrastinate! So that is work!
Challenge #5: Don’t think about work on weekends if you aren’t going to do something about it.
