I continually am looking for ways to “feel ok”. Today, I am going to focus on my strengths– what do I do well and where or how can I do more of it?
I like to bake, particularly pumpkin bread this season. I found Trader Joe’s box mix is delicious and easy. I add some chocolate chips and it is amazing. I wrap it up and give it away before it has time to cool. This is something g I am good at, and people enjoy it.
I think we lose track of what we CAN do, simply by feeling overwhelmed by what we CAN’T do.
